I've got two 125 gallons as grow outs right now, but in the long run would like to move all my fish together into one big tank...

-Silver Arowana 8"
-VATF 8"
-TSN 6"
-Armatus 2" (Ordering tomorrow)

Obviously the armatus will be alone as he grows but will this work in the long run?

The big question would be will my VATF and armatus be compatible at around the same size?

i keep Armatus, and ATF's together without any problems .... yet .... i have 3, 8-10 inch Goliaths, 1, 7-8 inch VATF and 2, 7 inch Armatus .... I've had the GATF's for over a year, the VATF and 2 Armatus i introduced about 3-4 months ago ... when i bought the Armatus's they were 4-5 inches, so they've doubled in size in 3-4 months, while the VATF has only grown an inch in that time, so i guess my only fear would be the Armatus outpacing the tiger and possibly eating him .... I think this unlikely, since your tiger is already 8 inches, but you never know, and the Armatus can eat HUGE fish for a meal. I hear that Armatus can be nasty as well, although mine dont bother anyone and nobody bothers them, so maybe you'll just have to wait and see. I believe, from what i hear, that the Armatus growth rate slows once they hit 12 inches, so as long as the Armatus are not bigger than your VATF from the start, i'd say you'll be fine
