Ive had jags get along with and fight just about every cichlid I have owned. Depends on the individual and and how aggressive the tank mates are. The couple I have had experience with have been only semi aggressive, getting aggressive when aggresson comes thier way

If you mean 30 gallon than no tank mates, jags get big and it would be very overcrowded

but they can go with similar sized and similar aggression level tank mates like:
texas cichlids
synspilums
green terrors
jack dempseys

Honestly ive kept jags in community before but my current 13" male is too aggressive. Fro m my experience with them i prefer them as a wet pet now. They seem to show more personality alone. Far as what they can be kept with you have too many options to list you just have to have a large enough tank down the road. I would say stay away from adding any other parachromis species as they dont tolerate each other well, unless you add a jag of the opposite sex.
