Would a Yellow Tang get a long with a Flame Angel? The tank would be big enough with enough hiding places they would be fine right?

yes they shouldnt fight. but it depends on the individual fish. as some fish turn out to be serial killers.

Ok good I know the Flame Angel will be fine but I know Yellow Tangs have been known to mess some fish up....

What about those 2 plus a nice Regal Tang?

yellow tang's can be a pain in the but I would suggest adding the angel first and waiting a month or two before the tang is added if possible add the yellow tang as your last fish in the system so the other fish can be established in the tank and most likely your yellow should be fine if done that way.

I would say they should be fine. I've had flame angels with other types of tangs and never had any problems.
