Can anyone tell me if i can put a rhino and a bn in a 55 gal tank ? The rhino is approx 6 inches and the bn about 3 inches. The tank has many hiding spots ,i'm just worried about them have enough territory to claim.Thanx for the info.
Your rhino could live in a 55 gal, but it will be a little too small. Get a bigger tank if possible, especially with more width. And he also might bully your bristlenose. It's never really a good idea to keep more than one pleco with eachother, they grow territorial as they mature.

Plecos can live together quite well, and it is a common place to do such. By Rhino pleco I assume you are talking about Glyptoperichthys scrophus which attains a size of 13" SL. A 55 is a little small for these for life. Otherwise, the two would live fine together so long as there are enough hiding spots.
