Complete remove ich parasite from the tank ? how ?

Hi every one, how yall doing ? i got a 75 gallon tank, the fish got ich, im treat the whole tank for 5 day, now the fish got white poop, im set up a 20 gallon with 10 gallon of water and move my fish there for few week.

now im COMPLETE drain my 75 gallon, remove all filter and hose, and let it air dry out side, for the tank, how long do i let it air dry, that parasite will die off over time. 2-3 week ?

i dont want use bleach to clean, cause im not trust my skill. I rather let it air dry and wait.

the ich parasite will die if there is no hosts in the tank. But the parasites that cause white feces might not. You have to treat your fish with praziquentel and you need to siphon your substrate to get rid of the parasites that come out of the fish

Not sure about freshwater, but in marine it’s a 76 day fallow.
For a tank, any ich killing medicine would rid the tank of it.
For the white poop, it could be due to a parasite. Levamisole hcl does the trick.
