This was a work in progress for awhile.. Just got it in the house today. much thanks goes out to a friend of mine who helped build for me.

You want my opinion, don't take photo's with your Iphone..

The stand is built much better than anything you could buy. Looks like yal did a good job.

You used real 2x4's and plywood. Stands you buy are made very cheap. Also a big PLUS you got the level out and used it.

you're def right about the stands you can buy in store, they are junk in my eyes. And this stand should last a long time.

As for the level... the stand on the carpet was pretty damn level! I was very surprised. Just needed to shim in the middle.

Now Im still going back and forth of what filter to use. I have decided to get the Eheim Classic over the FLUVAL.

EHEIM 2217 with Aquaclear 110 or run dual canisters? (1 2217 * 2215)
