Composite (fake) wood for tank frame?

Does anyone know if you can use the composite decking material to make a tank frame with? I have an 85 hex tank that I can not find a manufacture for to replace the frame so I'm going to have to make one. It seems like it would be perfect to use in such a wet environment.
What do you all think?

most are not as strong as pine lumber and will bend easily if you put pressure on it. if it's just decorative and not structural it shouldn't matter. read the specific manuf websites for info on toxicity of materials.

not sure about the end to end pressure strength of this material, as it was designed to be walked on not have pressure from one end to the other.
might bend to much or snap
