Looking to get one of these guys, what should I be concerned about? Anyone know of good tankmates for them? How aggresive are they? etc. etc.

Well, I got it, it tried to eat a tetra (I knew it was going to happen, I know that it's a cichlid etc. I'm no newbie ) that was twice the size of it's head. I like it more already. lol I also got a little >1inch jag. It's so darn cute!

the jag will need it's own tank eventually, probably by the time it reaches around 6" or so which won't really take long.
