Does anyone have adult pictures of these species. Something that shows its size in reference to something else would be great. Google brings up pictures but nothing that shows the fishes size. 3-5 in fish can vary in size drastically so I'm trying to get the feel for size of adults. I have a 75 gallon tank with some small catfish (6in max adult), green phanatom pleco, tiger barbs, guppies, anglefish and tetras. I want to keep the tank with fish no larger then 6in for active swimming space. Also plan to add a peacock eel, and dwarf chiclids. Anything sound like it will be a bad match with the dwarf pike chiclids? Maybe rocket gar depending on the size of the pikes.
I had a baby pike in a friends tank that was about two inches long along time ago. It would gobble up rosy reds and ghost shrimp. Should I expect the same diet.
