he is nice and compressus are getting harder and harder to come by. Couple more inches and he's gonna be a real beast. You seriously want him?

your in my neck of the woods. Have you got a 40g breeder or larger for him to go in? Would you be willing to drive to DC or meet halfway? I really want a biotope, but I couldn't give him to the LFS because they were gonna put him in a tiny tank and feed him comets. If you have a tank for him and take good care of him, and are willing to pick-up I'd give him to you. Several MFKers have wanted him but I don't want to ship, but your not that far away...

I've got an empty 40G acrylic that I just never setup. Probably move him into a 75 after I get it back from my friend. My RBPs use to eat pellets, it was nice. Were you gonna give him to Riverdale or something?

yeah. I bought him from scales, and I was gonna give him to them, but the store went out of business. Then I had to move and wasn't gonna be able to keep him. I hunted around, found riverdale pets, and while they do have an impressive collection, the tanks where he puts fish around Darwin's size are tiny, and I saw several pees nawing on goldfish the last time I went. I just can't put D in a situation like that. I've been wishing somebody on MFK would get him, but the only offers I've had require a plane ride and I would be afraid something would happen to him. He'll max out around 8-10". They're pretty rare in the wild and in the hobby too. A lot of people say they're one of the more agressive piranhas, and D shreds live fish, even though he's on frozen now.

If you want him he's yours. Let's work something out...
