I have put a Female con and her eggs in a 10G Temporarely. Today I started seeing some wiglers. Now do I need to add some kind of liquid food or will the mom feed them?

when I was breeding cons I'd just crush up some flakes as finely as I could and drop them in...they'll sink and the fry will be able to get to them. some females will grab some food and chew it up and then spit it out in the direction of they fry. 
I've bred cons by accident. they laid eggs in a cave, they hatched, and grew into fry; with about 15 surviving to adulthood. I didn't know I was breeding them until they hit about 1/2". Most were probably killed/eaten, but not the fastest and strongest. put them in thier own tank, feed them flakes. you did more than I did. cons are breeders and life is meant to survive. your fish will be fine.
my con fry graze on the sponge filter. I supplement with the weekend feeder blocks which they also graze off.
When the fry start to free swim, that is when you feed them. You can put the female back in the main tank.
