Hi, ive noticed earlier on today that one of my pygmy chamelions had a dark patch but didnt think anything of it and ive noticed this has happened literally over the past few hours, any idea of what it could be from? I dont think that they have had any fights? I feed them size 4 brown crickets and not notced the crickets biting them, what should i do?

I am guessing a fungal infection. I have no clue though.lol. When I got my senagal chameleons last they developed the same type of thing in a few weeks and died. Hopefully yours will be fine. If you have more than one cham I would seperate them. Hope I was helpful.

way to be very encouraging

use a drop of Hydrgen peroxide to clean it then rinse and out a dab of neosporin on it. I don't know what it is but that will help the sore heal. Good luck with him. It doesnt look fatal but it is definitely something of concern...

Thanks for that snakeguy :).

Just letting you guys know ive spoken to my local reptile expert (owner of Blue Lizard Reptiles) and he thinks it from the crickets as i used to feed them every couple of days, not im only going to feed them more when their none left, he seems happy and has been very active and hunting so just gonna keep it clean and hopefully should be ok, will keep you guys posted.
