I placed an order on the 15th and haven't gotten a response/ order conformation yet. so I decided to call them but apparently the phone number doesn't work. Does anybody know if they are still in business?? This would help alot. thanks

you should have done your research about this company first. they have a fairly bad reputation with plant orders. not to say the have bad service, but simply because theyre in Malaysia. with the time lag and dealing with customs, lots of peoples orders have been DOA.
have you looked at buying plants from forum members? i buy all my plants at plantedtank.net. fast shipping, low prices, and you usually get extras from the members. no BS involved. good luck

I think that the very best way to get plants is to find a local aquarium club that gets together. That may not be a possibility were you are, but it work out great for me here in Portland, OR.
