concrete block stand

trying to build a stand for a new tank 7 feet by 2 wide

can i use 6 cocncrete blocks and a piece of plywood from home depot?

Anybody have a photo of the way you are supposed to lie the blocks i set them down with holes of blocks facing front 2 each side and 2 in the middle?

put the blocks like they are in the pic above as that is the way they will have the best support for your weight. If you put them with the holes facing out there are only 3 small vertical support sections.

I wouldn't suggest using plywood unless you are going to put blocks all the way around the tank. I would suggest using 2x4s to span the blocks.
