We will not ship out fish that are unhealthy. Shipping will be overnight next day. We do gurarantee live arrival on all live shipment, however we wont be held accountable for losses resulting in mishandling in transitting or after delivery.
All claim of DOA must be filed within 24 hours. Images of dead fish may be required in some case for verification purposes. Losses due to bad handling must be file directly with the delivery company responsible for transportation. If losses resulting on our part, order would be re-shipped, refunded or amount will be credited to your next order.
Payment will be accepted through paypal. A 3% fee will be added to the total.
For shipping there will be a $7 flat fee for shipping supplies per box.
