Condom Fire Starter

I wonder how long it would take to start the fire standing there perfectly still freezing to death in some horriable survival situation i don't think it would work in a real life problem.

NO NO No THats got to be the smallest rubber I'vew ever seen!!!!!!! If anything it is a Finger rubber or a Balloon Especially after lookin g at the tie .. HHHmmm..
