Confirm if NTT datnoid

Have a almost 12" for sale that apparently is from Thai region. Can anyone confirm? It's been bullied in his tank and alittle stress so owner needs to move on. Apparently close to 3yrs old. Does it still have more growing if diet, and environment on point? What size do they generally max out at ?

The colors are faded but the fish does not look like a NTT,I think it is an IT.

These pics of when it was younger. Looks like it has 4 bars so Indonesian region? Im assuming faded because of stress or low quality ?

Yeah,that's an Indonesian Tiger,the faded color could be due to stress.

I am not sure that the colour is due to stress. In the pictures when he was young, the tank was bright, and so was he. Now he is in a dull tank with lots of algae on the glass and black substrate. He is merely blending in.

Definitely an IT. NTT have 4 thin, clean stripes that are well spaced apart.
