Confirm Liquid Ruber for ply tank?

Can anyone confirm if this is the right stuff for sealing a tank?
And what silicone needs to be used for attaching glass?

Sorry one more thing to add.
I recently got a 100 gallon plywood tank, unsure what was used. Some sort of blue acrylic/epoxy paint. Could I reseal over this and up to the glass with the liquid rubber?

Just buy pond armour.. It's more expensive but it's worth the money

Seeing as how it's about 10x the price... it's a bit much for my need's honestly. and I've seen plenty of people use it.
Seems from my research this is the correct liquid rubber.
