Confirm vieja id on Frankenfish

I call this fish Frankenfish because it looks not no one particular fish to me. This is its constant coloration, its not stress, hes as happy as ever. Actually when he is stressed like water changes or being chased with a net he loses ALL the black parts. Keeps a light blue-gray body and horizontal black stripe.

If you look on p21 of the book "American Cichlids II" by Staeck and Linke, it matches Veija (Paraneetroplus) guttalatum.

From my gutts when the female is getting ready she turns black and a white just like ur pic. The pic attached is her with her eggs
