I'm just wondering if any of these fish I currently have in my 150 gallon will pose a problem to one another down the road. I have 1 tiger oscar, 1 senegal bichir, 1 black ghost knife fish, and 1 common pleco. Any ideas on other fish I would be able to add to this combination. So far they've been VERY modest around eachother. There is a baby 2" flowerhorn in there currently but he will be moved to the other tank once he gets a little bigger.

The pleco could kill the bichir if it gets hooked on its slime coat. A bristlenose pleco would be less risky. I would definitely remove the FH as you intend as I think it could kill the knifefish with its aggression. The oscar could hold its own against the FH and I think it would most likely leave the bichir alone. However, I think the BGK is in danger.
You might want to try a trio of tinfoil barbs or a trio of bala sharks to school together for movement. I would avoid territorial cichilds as they can kill the knife. Maybe a chocolate cichild or severum?

My idea for the 150 gallon would be to keep the senegal bichir and add a delhezi. Keep the oscar, keep the black ghost knife, add a trio of bala sharks and a severum or chocolate cichlid. Maybe a striped raphael or two for clean up.

with a few exceptions involving territorial disputes, plecos dont attack other fish. there was a recent thread on this called what do plecos eat, or something like that, that had an informative link about that. it is a common misconception that feeding a pleco a couple algae wafers a day is enough. they need food with substance, like fruits and vegetables, or they will cling on to other fish's slime coats to get nutrition, which unfortunately harms the fish on the receiving end.
i see no serious problems from keeping these fish together, just make sure if you are worried about the bgk to give him lots of hiding places where he can get away from all the other fish. hope this helps

Definitly, I'll have to start feeding mine cucumbers. I've also heard they eat diced up carrots. Is this true?

I don't know about carrots, but I had a 12 incher a few years ago that LOVED zucchini.
