confuse

so i been researching rays a bit and frm what i gather Potamotrygon Leopoldi gets about 12inch-18 inch. on the sticky it says they get 30 inch+ what confuses me is that i have visit 3+ websits that all says they dont get much larger than 20 inch. so yea... explain please? =]

There are very few web sites...even LFS that have any real knowledge on rays. My LFS seems to be terrified to bring them in (unless special order).

No, they can grow to 30"+ across. Of course, not many people house them appropriately and keep them alive long enough.

Pretty sure they can grow that size, contribution from tank size, water condition, feed & bloodline. Cheers
