Hey everyone,
I've never really done this before. I live in Oregon and I'm thinking about getting my husband a 250 gallon tank for x-mas. We already have a cichlid filled 75 g.

Anyone got any general tips on how to use this site? Can you buy good fish here? I've spent so much time on a computer, but never chatted or anything...

Hello an welcome.

Basically just ask what ever questions you might have, Theres someone here thatll give you a answer.

You can buy good if not great fish from the various sellers that are on here.

I think the 240gal as a present would be Awesome if hes really into fish, but you should take into account that itll need a stand, filter/s, an all that as well. But still a Awesome Idea.

we got alot of stuff to sell on this site

check out our community sellers in the buy and sell forums

they got good quality FISH and other goodies you wont likely find at a lfs (local fish store)

as for you husband. . . .

This is way cool! So we really would love to end up with a peacock bass. I've seen them once at a fish store, but we don't have very good fish stores here...I want to start that large tank then put some compressiceps in the 75g.

"The Trust" is simply a user here on the site. He happens to have a 250g, so someone figured you'd want to see the fish he has in there
