I have a 75g planted tank with around 35 tetras.
Some of them randomly start having problems swimming then in about a minute or two they pass away. They have no physical damage to the body whatsoever. What could cause a fish to die so quickly?

So far I've lost 3 cardinals, 2 columbian, 2 black neons, 1 lemon tetra and a bristlenose pleco.

I set it up about 3 months ago. Nitrate 10, nitrite 0, hardness 75, alk 120 and ph of 7.0.

Whats the ammonia at?
Did you add all these fish at once and when did you add the fish to the tank?

I don't have a test for ammonia ill get one tomorrow. Once every week or so I would add 6-8 last thing I added were the temminikii pleco and a 2" bristlenose. That was about four days ago, All appeared healthy.

Ammonia was not present in test. From what I have been told the plant fertilizer was the problem.

Been a few weeks and there is still no improvement. I've stopped the use of seachem flourish and have done three 25% water changes. Just did the water change and had two lampeye tetras die. Any ideas? Water still tests fine and temp stable.

What kid of test are you using to check your parameters? And be more specific when you say the water is fine..
When doing water changes, what is the temp of the new water you are putting in? And have you used any type of conditioner to dechlorinize it?

There are just so many factors that could come into play, you have to be more specific.. to get good valid help..
