I very much doubt they are available in the aquatic trade,certainly never seen any in the UK.
Also you would need one hell of a tank to keep one in,I have caught them off the south coast of the UK to just over 70lb and that was over 6ft and it is not uncommon for them to get to 100lb.
There is a smaller, tropical species you can get, I used to import them ocasionally...call the Moustache Conger, Conger cinereus. Looks like a big Conger, but with blueish bands. Only grows 3-4 feet long.

got mine in the usa and currently is 4 feet long and is considered a youngin supposed to get up to 6 to 10 feet long and up to 140 lbs keep him in a 100 gal tank right now but the dude at the pet store said they actually don't really need that much room cuz they just like to chill and arent that picky
