Picked up this pale, washed out, lower jaw sp from a LFS I visit once a blue. I'm thinking congicus, but can someone confirm?

I'm a fan of bichers in general, so I'm happy to have him. Lord knows he was cheap enough. I've never seen a Lap turn gray/gold so I thought it might have been a congicus. Oh well!
 
Rare bichirs pop p around me all the time but i have yet to run into a congi. I see a lot of laps mislabled as others. What ws this ine labled as?
 
That's a fatty but most likely a lap. I have nevwr seen lap with that contrast as well. Here is a congicus next to a lap for your comparison.
