Yes, That is a Congo.

Not really a bad ass but they are quite active and can be nippers.They are best kept in a group,one of my favorite community type fish.

actually i have heard of and done alot of research on exos but a shoal or 15 at $15 is kinda expensive

if i had a good sized group and dropped in a feeder. they would just leave it alone?

if you want a shoal of 10-15 fish thats not too expensive , I would suggest bueanos aires tetras

They do have small teeth. They can be a little aggressive sometimes. I recently set up a tank only for blind cave tetras and they can go crazy everytime I feed them.

congo tetra's are my fav community tetra fish. very colorful, gets to a good size. tho they show visible tiny teeths. but are really harmless. have never heard or had experience of them nipping other fish. however, they do nip on plants. pretty cheap and beautiful.
