Congo Tetras as Dithers

Would Congo Tetras work as dithers in a 75 gallon with bichirs(all upper jaw) and 1 oscar?

EDIT: Full Grown Congo Tetra should be fine with your polys. Do you have the Oscar right now? if not I wouldn't recommend getting it as a 75gal would be packed (bio-load wise) adding an Oscar to the mix....Regardless i'd imagine a fully grown Oscar eating fully grown Congo Tetra.

Yes, I have the oscar but, it's growing out. It's only about 2.5" long.Thanks for your thoughts.
