I sometimes find myself voting for what I think is the best photo...passing over others that feature much more beautiful fish. This pic has both! I love the selective focus as well. 
Thank you. I’m probably just old-fashioned, as everyone is so focused on video nowadays, but I’ve always felt like a photograph can tell a unique story because it stays still. A photo captures a very specific moment in time and gives you a chance to slow down, think, and use your imagination to wonder what happened before and after the picture was taken. That’s probably overcomplicating a picture for the vast majority of people, and makes me sound like a hippie or a loon.I sometimes find myself voting for what I think is the best photo...passing over others that feature much more beautiful fish.
