Hi there

My Jaguar (female) has given birth to my male convicts kids for the 2nd time . First time round they didn't survive and I think Mrs Jag ate them , this time round they're fine , very cute looking little things , tiny at the moment but look like the mother even down to the red eyes . Not sure what to do with them though , does anyone have advice on full grown conjags , size , temperament etc ? I was looking to keep my g.t thats in there but not sure how he'll take to the 'new arrivals' and whether the parents may see them as 'competition' in the future and carry out infanticide as I wouldn't really like to see that . There's probably 100 or so healthy kids , how many are likely to survive ? Many thanks in advance , Dan

sorry mod's I appear to have posted this on the wrong thread , s/b on flowerhorns and OTHER hybrid one . Please feel free to move or I'll do another post on the other thread . The little conjags are still doing fine and growing . They appear to have the body of the jag with the red eyes too , and the tail/rear end of a convict with the stripes . I'm getting a usb cable for my mobile phone in the week and will put photos up then along with the video i took when the fry first hatched . cheers , Dan
