One section says all fw rays are illegal in Georgia and the other says you can get an exotic fish permit to import, carry, or sale. It also states any exotic fish so a fw stingray could be any exotic fish heres the link i found. These are given by special permits division.

They are illegal... but they do offer a permit for prohibited species. However, the permits aren't issued to general population. Permits have a LOT of restrictions on them for what you can and can't do with the animals. They are reserved for facilities and places like that.

I kinda figured that I noticed some fish dealers in florida offering them for sale but I thought was also restricted in Florida . Guess I will have to wait till I can get my facility in Alabamba going. Until then I will stick with the sw rays.
