I have a couple plecos that I had to move from my 50G to my con breeding tank because they where getting assaulted. I was actually more concerned for them in there though. I figured the cons would drive them crazy but have found it to be quite the opposite. they really don't care about the plecos. I have a goldspot and a peppermint ( no Idea there proper names) I have seen the plecos in a pot while the parents are laying down a fresh batch of eggs. at first I wondered if the pleco's would go after the eggs but the ignore them. for me I found it quite amazing that they don't even acknowledge each other.

i have no issues with my pleco/con tank... mine also ignore eachother... however the 6.5" chinese algae eater hates them not that he does anything other than swear at them while swiming to the other side of the tank..
