Cons laid eggs

i notices a huge pile of eggs in the con tank today. just wondering how long before they hatch? never really had a single pair of breeding fish, usually many pair doing it at the same time. this is the first time i get to actually watch the two do their thing. plus, they laid the eggs right near the front of the tank instead of hiding the eggs.

i figured it would be quick. i never see eggs, just baby fish. thanks

It would normally take 3 days before the eggs hatch. A further 2-3 days in the wiggler stage, then another 2-4 days before they are free swimming.
