Constipation and swollen anus

Hi

I got a vieja suffers from constipation and swollen anus. I had stopped feeding and treat with epsom salt. Any other medication that I can used. The problem has started this Wednesday.

You can try feeding peas, taje the outer layer off, i boil mine for a bit to sofen them up, it will help with the constapation, i am no expert though, try and get a pic it might help someone to give you better advice

Hi, they need some vegetation in their diet. Pees or romaine lettuce.

Is their anyway you can post a picture? The reason I ask is because I had a friend that said the same thing but when I went to check on his fish It turned out to be a gravid female and her egg depositor was hanging out not her anus.
Just a thought.

well the pics are grainy Its hard to tell but it looks like a breeding tube to me.
Is the fish other wise okay? Is it still eating?
