I just got contact lenses for the first time today. It's toric lenses... Everything looks blurry, is that suppose to happen until I get used to it? At the doctors office I wasn't experiencing any blurryness, but once I got home it started occuring.. So is that natural until I get used to it? Took them out and I'm wearing my glasses now, MFK looks way better now haha

Yeah they take sometime to get use to. I have a toric lense in my left eye and if I throw in a fresh pair they slide around for a few days. Not sure why, I guess they just need to be broke in a little.

Dont know much about toric lenses, jus read that its supposed to help correct vision when someone has an astigmatism in their eye, but i didnt see anything about it saying people have to get used to them. I have been wearing contacts since I was 12 and when I first got them i could see very clearly, didnt have to adjust to them or anything. The only time things get blurry is if I accidentally put the wrong contact in the wrong eye, since I have diff powers for each eye.

:nilly:

One can see through clothing like superman, the other can fry people like cyclops

^clever, lol.Man I tried contacts several years ago and every time I blinked they would go blurred,if you got a stigma and try these dang things they actually get better?I am so DANG sick of glasses, though mine are cool, they are just in the way and I hate them.

I have an astigmatism and I have to get used to my new script each year if it changes.
