Been thinking about this and i'd like to hear some water movement in my tank- I have a tetratec ex1200 cannister for my tank. Any way you can buy anything that converts the spray bar to like something that would look like some sort of a waterfall or something?

Interesting - i know what i need to get it but i have no way of making it, or no real idea where to start. As you said i can just take off my spray bar and have the end going into some sort of box with a lip which the water wil flow over and into the tank - ie a waterfall. Hmm i'm stumped!

all you will need is to check old skips or glazers for scraps and then have two sides cut to form a box in the corner then have a piece cut for the base and silicon it in. remember to keep it small to keep the flow over the lip high.
I have done it. Modified an XP 3 spraybar to work with a Marineland C360. Then I realize Eheim make a spraybar kit that is universal. The Marineland C360 is similiar to your Tetratec Ex1200. You could also get an Eheim Reducer to conver the hose size to 5/8. I know C360 uses a larger hose diameter.
Another option is to get a pair of Bio Wheel Pro 60 which were made for the Marineland Magnum Canister. Just run your canister outlet tube to it and water will come out making the splashing noise.
