Hey so I just noticed today that my acrylic 110 is on a stand meant for a glass tank which means it does not support the whole bottom of the tank. It has been set up like this for about half a year. Now I must convert the glass stand to an acrylic stand. My question for you guys is how would i go about doing this. Would it be sufficient to just lay some plywood over the stand and place the tank on it? Or should I use thicker lumber? Do I need to nail it on? or can i just place it on or glue it on?

Thanks

You could glue it on with some wood glue and I am sure it would be fine. I would use 3/4 inch plywood and screw it into the stand. It would be safer that way.

Yep, just throw some plywood on there and you'll be good to go.
