My little convict couple worked on setting up some eggs last night, how long until we should be expecting and does anyone have suggestions to help keep as many as possible alive?

If your convict is the female you probably won't get any fry as male bp are usually sterile due to them being hybrids. If the female is bp. Then they will probably hatch between 2-3 days

Once they hatch I would leave then with the parents for about a week. Then remove them and care for them your self and make sure to keep up water changes and feed small amounts frequently

Mom and dad are both hybrids. Not if he is sterile though, hopefully his convict half makes it work

They should be fertile. My friend had some bp convict hybrids that were sterile.

I am struggling to get a pic but when I came home Brutus my JD was in their cave, and the male convict/BP is a little beat up, did my JD kill my chance at fish babies this time?
