they are definitely not eating them yet.Females lay eggs no matter if there are males or not.
I has a female GT that would lay eggs every three weeks like clockwork. There were no males in the tank. She would lay a row, turn around and eat what she just layed....

Wouldn't be too hard to believe that maybe one of the females is actually a male in disguise. It doesn't happen very often but it does happen from time to time.Tan normally means fertilized, theres a male in there.
