convict eggs

after convict cichlids lay eggs, how long does it take for them to hatch? ive had eggs for about 3 days now..anything helps..thanks

about 3 days.


if the eggs are an opaque white color, they are dead and rotting. If the eggs are a translucent yellow/white color, they are alive. The fry when firstborn are minuscule and you may actually be looking at empty hatched eggshells, mistaking them for unhatched eggs.

It usually takes 3-4 days for con eggs to hatch
That's how long it took for my 1 inchers to eggs to hatch.
