Convict eggs.

Ive had Cons spawning many many times, just never noticed anything til there where fry.
Now 2 of my young cons laid some eggs this morning, how long will it take for them to hatch?

Should be something like 3 days from fertilization to free swimming with cons I believe.

3 days till they hatch then they will be free swimming about 6 days after that but they will still not be completely free swimming, they will still rest and hid in the gravel or wherever they were laid. By the sexond week they will already look like a little cloud of cichlids next to mom and dad

ok, i will take them out of the tank and feed them to the other fish when they are bigger, my lfs's are filled with cons. I have no space for a Convict factrory.
