Convict fry at 3 1/2 weeks

Mine are about that size - cute little devils! And not afraid to venture around the tank away from their parents.....reckon I've lost a few mind you - other Cons in the tank got a bit hungry I presume!
im sure a few of them have been food to a different fish in there, but the parents do a pretty good job at keeping the other fish away
Moved them all into their own tank today - got 19 baby Cons in all. My first time with them, how fast do they grow?
I'm amazed at how aggressive they are at such a small size - bigger ones bullying/chasing the smaller ones! Got some lava rock with loads of holes in it for the liitle 'uns to hide in and a bit of java moss. Will that help?

i do 2 WC's a week and they are red 4 times a day, they are growing like crazy
the lava rocks and moss will help them feel safe
