How long does it take newly hatched convict fry to reach 2 inches??

Longer than you would want to wait if you are going to use them as feeders. But it also depends on how you are growing them out. How many water changes, their diet, tank space, etc.

I have 6 in a ten gallon tank, They eat flakes, water changes about once every 2-3 days.

I have been researching this as well. And the best i can come up with is the will reach around 1-1/4'' in 4-6 weeks. -----------how do you maximize the growth of the con fry?

probably going to take at least 3-4 months. If you have a larger (100+gallons) tank they will grow a lot faster.

Yeah it took mine about 6 months to reach that age. That was with 2-3 feedings a day. They're not the fastest growers, for sure.
