Try candles, wine and soft music.

try a tank to themselves.. and not a 10G... what else is in with them? you cant expect them to breed if they are in a tank with tons of other fish and no where to make territory or lay there eggs. besides you dont want them to pair up if u have them in the 29 with others.. they will kill everything else.

if they are on there own and i will be very suprised if they are then just do a water change and let the water come up from about 25C to 28C from the new water in the tank.

give her time, the change might just put her off for a while. I had cons who were breeding non stop then after i moved and they were tossed in a complete new enviroment they went on a breeding strike for 2 months, but they are back to there old selves again, just give her time to adjust, its not as easy as add water and stir like others say.

no i have convicts breeding non stop in a 10 gallon
doesnt make it right, 10gallons are for fry and sick fish as a hospital tank not breeding convicts..

just give them time to adapt to changes, also, keeping them in a 10 will make it stressful for them, and the stress might be what is keeping them from breeding
