So my convicts have bred already, and they are currently swimming around, im wondering how long it will take to sex them on average as i know diet is a big determiner on how fast. But about how long is their growing stage, or is their like a thing for about how many millimetres they are each week on average. I do hope i made sense with this, if not ill try and explain more.

I'd say 3 months more likely. The females will get the orange stomach, once you see that orange your set because you then know all of the other fish at that size are either females with orange or males.

Ok as i have friends that want some already, so just trying to figure out how long till i can get them what they are wanting and all that other stuff. And since the dad killed his mate, i wont be worrying about anymore eggs arriving anytime soon, so im hoping itll all just work out till i can sex them.
