My 1.5 inch male convict is getting his tail fin nipped and torn by the 2.5 inch female convict. Full details in another of my thread, anyway they are in a 55 g with a turtle, 2 minnow and 2 blk neon tetra. How should i fix this?

Separate the fish and try to keep water quality clean. That's pretty much the only way that will allow the fins to heal without getting infected.
