Convict with large kok.

My convict has a large kok. First Cons I have ever kept and it just keeps growing. He's quite large as well. Thoughts?

In my experience convicts will try to mate with any fish they see. Looks like you have a good looking convict hybrid or a chancho. If it is indeed a hybrid my best guess is a a cross between a convict and midas. That might explain why he is still growing. Or he could be a different species all together likely a chacho like ragin cajun suggested.

You sure that's a convict? Looks like an Amph to me. If it just keeps growing, it may be an Amph. How big is it? How long have you had it? How much has it grown since you've had it?
