convict with white spots on 1 fin

I have a male convict with white spots on only 1 fin. I treated the tank for ich 10 months ago. Spots seemed to go away but soon returned. He seems to be doing fine, never see him scratching himself on anything. He has had the spots in the same place for quite some time although they haven't become worse. Is this something to be concerned about? Is it ich? If it is, will it kill him or other tankmates?

Hiya scorchinscotty, welcome to MFK. your fish is not scratching or gasping? The other fish don't have spots and the spots aren't fuzzy? at a guess I would say it is just scarring, it often remains for life just keep an eye on it and when you get a chance post a pic or two.
