Convicts 10 Gal & Mystery Cichlid

Would Convict Cichlids do good in a 10 gallon tank? Also I have seen a few dull blue cichlids in of course the assorted cichlid tank they are relatively small I don't think they get bigger then 5 or 6 inches that have dull blue bodies and black stripes on the rims of their fins. Any ideas???
 
especially convict cichlids they can be highly aggresive if they dont have the room they need they will fight a lot

If you an excellent WC routine and filtration you might be able to keep a pair of multies in there, if you must have a cichlid
 
Yeah ok multiple no's on cichlids in a ten gallon tank, but have you guys got any ideas on what the cichlid is that I described???
