Convicts bullying

hey,my convicts that stevep gave me were both the same size and the bigger one im almost positive is a female.but the male is a lot smaller and has ripped finns.ive put quite a bit of cover in there and the females still chasing the male off. any tips how to stop them fighting???

30L but they are about an inch big if not smaller and ive only got them in there!

this doesnt really matter youre lucky to have 2 in there alive, you just wait until they get to 2" youll have them with missing eyes a 125l is minimum id say but some keep them in 90l long. they will eventually kill each other in that tank.
