Would I be able to have a pair of convicts in a 10 gallon tank? I would love to see them breed........ plz inform

with a 10 gal you can sit there and watch them tear each other apart, lol. i highly suggest a bigger tank, at least a 30, and thats not even big enough for life
it would probably work, with no other tankmates. But like cichlaholics anonymous said, while they are small.
once the male reaches 4-5", they're gonna need more space.
my breeding pairs of cons don't move more than 1' from their "nest" and show no aggression toward eachother whatsoever.
a 20 would be better, and a 30 long ideal.
